Samara is a certified Barre instructor teaching yoga, dance, and fitness classes in San Diego, CA.
She believes movement heals the mind, body and soul, and there is no better way to experience the present than through travel and fitness.

Samara has led travel retreats to Greece, Belize, Iceland, Cuba and Temecula Wine Country. She will be hosting 'The Path Belize' on the island of Caye Caulker February, 2025. Take a breather from day to day life and focus on your mind, body and soul through yoga, barre, meditation & relaxation all while overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

over the past couple of weeks, I had a bit of a wake up.
I realized that while I love building things for others through @thepathretreats , I had been holding myself back in my own expansion.
not in an obvious way, but in subtle ways, it shows up.
hesitation.
overthinking.
playing just a little smaller than I know I’m capable of.
taking time for myself, going deeper into my nervous system work, and writing in Follow Your Path helped me actually see it, and more importantly, shift it.
this is the kind of work that doesn’t look loud from the outside, but changes everything internally.
big founder energy = real honesty.
it feels like I’m stepping into a new level.
more grounded.
more clear.
more fully in it.
and honestly, this is the exact kind of space we’re creating in Belize 🌊
